Record breaking £100,000 month for another franchise!
The Wheel Specialist Newcastle have beaten the previous monthly sales record of £103,043 achieving a record-breaking £106,953 in sales for the month of August. This includes £26,972.17 in product sales, beating their own record for product sales!
Speaking with Jonny, who has managed the business for a number of years, taking it to record heights, he says:
"What is quite embarrassing is that it didn't feel too strenuous a month. We all work hard and have put in some extra hours where needed, but our success comes from the efficiencies we have as a team, both in the workshop and on the office side of things. We're continuously working to find 1% efficiencies within the business. The whole team works really well together and understands their roles and responsibilities and how their roles impact others within the business. We've found ways to work more effectively with our traders, maximising our sales through additional services and products, and recently, we've put a real emphasis on how we book our work. Ensuring that we have a consistent workflow day to day allows us to spread the workload and ensures the team isn't put under unnecessary pressure."
